Fabulous Re-do's & Treasures & Trinkets Thursday!!

You remember this??...

I got it at a yard sale last week for 50 cents!

I cleaned it up a little....

I didn't paint it because I like that chippy look, but I did scrub it down good!

I decided to put it here and do this with it...

Isn't that SO much better!

I know you all are probably tired of seeing this goodwill picture, but this is the last thing I'll be showing you from that picture, because I am totally finished re-doing all my fabulous finds!

I decided to do with them what I do with all things brass....

I primed them here....

Then I slapped a white coat of paint on them and put them here...

They look shadowy in this picture, but they're white, I promise! lol

Here is the whole vignette...

My birdhouse was free....mom gave it to me

My little glass house with the eggs was .50 (already had the eggs and moss)

Candlesticks were $2.50 (already had the paint)

Already had the bunny and apothecary jar (shells were free from our last vacation)

So, this whole thing cost around $3.00!
